NOTA came on board to provide architectural consultancy services and was tasked with taking over from a previous architect. One of our key contributions was rethinking and revamping the building’s façade design—to not only address practical concerns but to elevate the architectural identity of the facility.

The façade expresses strength and order through vertical fins and solid rhythm, punctuated by copper-toned perforated panels that create a modern industrial aesthetic, not only visually impactful but also served functional needs such as solar shading.

Internally, the building is organized with clean circulation paths and clearly zoned storage and operational spaces. Exposed materials such as fair-faced concrete blocks, steel staircases, and raw finishes were intentionally retained to reflect the honest character of an industrial warehouse.
