Project Concept
“22 x 92, how much can you do?” This terrace transformation redefines spatial design through a harmonious interplay of interior volumes and spatial relationships. The dramatic foyer greeted by a sculptural staircase that serves as a focal point.
The foyer seamlessly transitions into the main living area, where an open-plan layout fosters a sense of expansiveness and fluidity. The living area effortlessly flows into a central atrium space, allow natural light and blurring the boundaries between the living and dining space. This internal atrium also serves as the heart of the home, connecting all the internal spaces. The transition between these spaces is subtle yet purposeful, achieved through thoughtful design elements that maintain visual connectivity while delineating functional zones.
